Package Travel Terms & Conditions

These terms apply exclusively to travelers who purchase a bundled travel package (a combination of at least two different types of travel services, such as transport and accommodation, created for the same trip) organized by ODEA E-service.


1. Key Rights under Directive (EU) 2015/2302 & Greek P.D. 7/2018

  • Full Liability: As the Organizer, we are fully responsible for the proper performance of all travel services included in your package.
  • Emergency Assistance: Travelers will be provided with an emergency telephone number or details of a contact point where they can reach the organizer at all times.
  • Transfer of Package: You may transfer the package to another person, upon giving us reasonable notice (at least 7 days before the start of the package), subject to any additional costs charged by airlines or hotels.

2. Price Changes & Adjustments

  • Price Increases: Prices may be increased after a booking is confirmed only if specific costs increase (e.g., fuel prices, third-party taxes, or currency exchange rates).
  • Price Drop Rights: If the price increases by more than 8% of the total package cost, you have the right to terminate the contract without a cancellation fee. If the organizer reserves the right to increase prices, you also have a right to a price reduction if the relevant costs decrease.

3. Cancellations & Modifications by the Traveler

  • Standard Termination Fee: You may terminate the contract at any time before the start of the package by paying an appropriate and justifiable termination fee based on how close the cancellation is to the departure date.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: You may terminate the contract before the start of the package without paying any termination fee in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at the place of destination or its immediate vicinity which significantly affect the performance of the package (e.g., natural disasters, wars, or severe health crises).

4. Cancellations & Modifications by the Organizer

  • Minimum Numbers: If the package tour is dependent on a minimum number of participants and that number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. You will be refunded in full within 14 days, but no additional compensation will be paid. You will be notified within the following legal deadlines:
    • 20 days before departure for trips lasting more than 6 days.
    • 7 days before departure for trips lasting between 2 and 6 days.
    • 48 hours before departure for trips lasting less than 2 days.
  • Significant Alterations: If we are forced to significantly alter any of the main characteristics of the travel services before departure, you can either accept the alteration or terminate the contract without penalty.

5. Insolvency Protection & Financial Guarantees

  • Guaranteed Refunds: We have secured complete insolvency protection in compliance with Greek tourism laws.
  • Repatriation: If our agency becomes insolvent while you are already on your trip, your repatriation is fully secured.
  • Provider Details: Our insolvency protection is provided by Ydrogios (Policy Number: 2224091523). You may contact them directly if services are denied due to our insolvency.
